Match the barcode
The ISBN, UPC or EAN should identify the exact physical item and edition you are sending.
A provisional offer is not final acceptance. We check that the barcode identifies the physical item and that it is complete, usable and in the condition expected for its category.
Items are inspected after they arrive, or as part of a qualifying local charity-shop collection. Rejected items are not paid. Eligible rejected items can be requested back under the return terms, with any return postage disclosed before you proceed.

Include the cover, case, artwork, discs, manuals and essential parts supplied with that edition.
Items should be readable or playable, with no severe water, mould, smoke, cracking or structural damage.
The exact acceptance decision depends on the item, its catalogue record and the inspection. If an item is borderline, leave it out or contact us before sending.
