Privacy Notice

We use account type, identity, contact, chosen address and trade information to provide provisional quotes, route local collection or remote shipping, verify email addresses, inspect items, manage rejected-item returns and make payouts.

Bank details are encrypted using an externally configured versioned key. They are only revealed to authorised finance or administrator users, and every reveal is audited.

We retain evidence of legal acceptance including the document version, timestamp, IP address and user agent. We do not use bank details for marketing.

Operational email records include the recipient, template, event payload, delivery status, retry count and timestamps. Verification tokens are stored only as one-way hashes and expire or become unusable after use.

Shipping providers receive the contact, address and parcel details needed for the selected service. Carrier tracking and protection terms apply to parcels in transit. Inspection evidence is access-controlled and made available to the relevant customer and authorised staff.
